Hi... It's nice to have you here...
I remember when I first reached out for counselling help, it was one of the scariest things I had to do. Therefore, if you are feeling a little (or a lot) daunted or worried about the next step, I am here to tell you that it is totally understandable and you are not alone! I can be here to help and guide you through your choices at your own pace.

Hi, it's nice to have you here...
Reaching out for counselling can feel daunting—I know, I’ve been there. If you’re feeling unsure or overwhelmed, you’re not alone. I offer a space where you can be heard, understood, and can take things at your own pace. If you’re in Canterbury or seeking online therapy, I’m here to guide you through your options at a pace that feels right for you.
I'm Sarah...
Counselling can feel like a big step, and I understand how important it is to feel truly heard and supported. My approach is down-to-earth and human—yes, I’m fully qualified and registered, but more than that, I’m here as a real person who listens without judgment. If you’re feeling low, anxious, or overwhelmed, I want you to know: it’s OK to not be OK, and you don’t have to figure it all out alone.
I provide a supportive space for individuals in Canterbury and online, and I’m trained in integrative therapy, which means I tailor my approach to fit you—because therapy isn’t one-size-fits-all. I’ve worked with adults facing a wide range of mental health challenges. I also have experience supporting parents through perinatal mental health struggles, including postnatal depression. No matter what you’re going through, whether you’re dealing with anxiety, depression, or feeling vulnerable, we’ll find a way forward together. I’m here to listen without judgment and support you on your journey toward well-being.

How can I help you?
I offer flexible, open-ended counselling because healing doesn’t follow a set timeline. Sessions are usually weekly, but we can arrange fortnightly if that suits you better. You’re in control of your schedule with my easy-to-use online booking system—no need to commit to the same time each week unless you want to.
Choose what works for you:
✔️ Face-to-face therapy sessions based in Canterbury
✔️ Online or remote therapy
✔️ Walk-and-talk therapy
Sessions last 50 minutes and range from £30-£39. I also offer quick and convenient payment options to keep things simple.

You don't have to figure it out alone...
